The present conditions govern the sale, by SOLD ART, of artworks and other products on the website
These terms of sale apply to the exclusion of all other terms.

The Customer declares to be a natural or legal person, who is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity or holds parental permission allowing them to place an order on the Website. In case of a mistake in the address of the recipient, the Company SOLD ART can not be held responsible for failure to deliver the product. Subscribing to a contract governed by these Terms with SOLD ART implies the acceptance, by the user, of the full terms. He/she acknowledges having read and being fully aware of the Terms.

Ordering on the Website is subject to the procedure established by the Company SOLD ART materialized by a succession of steps that the client must follow to complete their purchase. The customer will have the opportunity, before confirming the order, to verify the details of it and its total price, and to correct any mistakes, before confirming it. Any order confirmed by the Customer is the equivalient of a sales contract and acceptance of general conditions of sale. The data recorded by constitute proof of all transactions between customers and SOLD ART. The data recorded by the Paypal payment system and/or other payment service paid to the Website constitute proof of financial transactions. A confirmation email summarizing the order (product, price, quantity…) will be sent to the customer by the Company SOLD ART. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation of the order content by the Company SOLD ART.

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros without any taxes, excluding processing fees and shipping. Processing and shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the ordered product.

Processing and shipping can be free in some cases defined by the Company SOLD ART.

The sole beneficiary of this discount will be notified by email with a promotional code that is unique and must be used within a period determined by the Company SOLD ART. The customer will need to enter this code at the final stage of purchase, before validation. For orders to countries other than France you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes may be payable. These duties and fees are not the responsibility of the company SOLD ART.
You will have to pay for such duties, and they shall be your sole responsibility in terms of returns and payments to the relevant authorities and/or bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros. SOLD ART reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order, subject to availability.

Our products are available within the limits of available stock. The company SOLD ART reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot be ensured properly. In this case the customer will be notified via email and refunded the full amount they paid.

Each product sold on the website comes with a fact sheet that contains various information such as price, artist name, size, type of the artwork. The numbering may differ from the one on the picture illustrating the artwork, but not the number of copies edited.

Gift vouchers can only be used on the website

They are valid only once, within 1 year from the date of purchase and on all the items on the store (excluding other gift vouchers). To use this voucher, simply enter the code at the back of the voucher when finalizing your purchase (checkout) in the “promotional code” field, then click “Apply Promotion Code”. The amount of the voucher will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order. We accept no liability in case of loss, theft or damage of the voucher. If the order value is less than the Gift Voucher value, no change will be given. Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during the purchase validation process.

We pack all orders (in postal tubes). The orders are shipped against signature at delivery. You can also choose to insure the contents and track the package. The tracking number will be emailed to the customer. The delivery times indicated in the finalization of the purchase are average times and correspond to the processing time and delivery. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent. If the package is damaged (already open, missing product(s),…), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the Company SOLD ART, by any means, about any withdrawal within 3 days after the product as delivered. Once SOLD ART will have received the damaged package, the customer will be refunded the full amount they paid

The payment of your purchase can be made ​​through the secure payment service provided by PayPal or credit/debit card, VISA, or Mastercard.
