You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase.
Right of withdrawal
Before the withdrawal period has expired, you should provide the dealer with:
• The withdrawal standard form to be provided with the contract
• Or a statement expressing your will to withdraw.
The dealer can also allow you to complete and upload on its website the form or statement of withdrawal. In this case the dealer will provide you with a confirmation notice of your withdrawal.
In case of a dispute, you are requested to prove that you have met the deadline of withdrawal.
Product return
You must return the goods to the dealer at the latest within 14 days after providing your decision to withdraw. You only need to pay the direct costs of returning goods.
